There are over one hundred and seventy-five stores in total to browse on your next shopping trip to Katy Mills. 3. No Label Brewing Company

No Label Brewing Company is a weekend destination for Katy residents aged 21 and up. This brewery offers over twenty handcrafted beers and features a taproom where you can sample what’s in-season or sit back at the bar and enjoy a few beers in full. 4. La Centerra at Cinco Ranch

La Centerra at Cinco Ranch is another great place to get your retail fix. A definite pro of living in Katy, this center offers shopping in a setting that evokes the feeling of a Main Street, small-town shopping experience. Stores include well-known brands like Eddie Bauer and Loft. Additionally, the center hosts a farmers market every fourth Sunday of the month as well. Typhoon Texas Houston offers a waterpark full of fun for adults and children alike. This attraction is only available on weekends in the warmer months after mid-April. There are nine areas of the park to enjoy while cooling off from the Texas heat. Relax in the pool in Tidal Wave Bay or take an exhilarating ride on the Typhoon in Monster Storms waterslide. 6. Great Southwest Equestrian Center

The Great Southwest Equestrian Center consistently hosts horse events on weekends throughout the year. Events showcase some of the most prestigious horses from Texas and around the country. The Great Southwest Equestrian Center also hosts a slew of other events, including the Houston Livestock Show, rodeos such as the Rodeo Horse Judging show, and the Go Texas Contests.
